Bathroom renovation. We had 3 contractors come to bid on bathroom renovation. The contractor that got the job ended up going over the 4 days quoted to close to a month and we had to use the police to get him out when he threatened us if we didn’t pay him the full amount when the job was only half done. The work he had done to this point was awful and his attitude was worst. On a recommendation from a friend we called Rene in and he redid most of the poor workmanship the first contractor did (incl tearing up the floor and redoing it). He didn’t want a penny until he was done and we were satisfied. His attention to detail, especially with the trim, was incredible. We would recommend Rene in a hear beat. He tells us that he also does basements.

Finishing basement, dry wall, studs Rene was very friendly, worked hard, help out with pot lights, he was referred to us by a friend who had their basement done and was very satisfied with their work. I would recommend his service to anyone looking for a clean finished basement. They even offer painting services if need be but i passed on that and did it my self.
