Rene Alfaro began in the home renovations industry in 1990. He specialized in a varity of areas within the industry: framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, tiling, stairs and railings, windows and doors. Rene has even branched off into decks and other yard services. In over 25 years in the industry, Rene has left many customers happy and coming back for more services. Today, he advises, manages and trains our members on the field to ensure our customers are extremely satisfied.

Diego began in the industry as a child when his father, Rene, would bring him to work with him. Growing up, Diego learned a lot from the industry and over the years has become more involved and build an extreme interest in home improvement. Prior to Royal Basements, Diego pursued a career in policing as a police officer; however like many, he realized it wasn't for him and now has a passion in helping people in another way; help home owners bring their dream projects come to life. Diego now has become a partner of the company that he helps manage to ensure customers achieve their dreams in their homes.
